NNAHU is excited to announce that registration is now open for our Annual May Meeting and Luncheon. As we did for our April meeting, this meeting will be presented in a hybrid format, with both in-person luncheon attendance at the Atlantis Casino Resort and virtual webinar attendance via Zoom video conference platform available to both NAHU members and guests.

During the meeting, NNAHU will be conducting the following business regarding the chapter:

• We will be voting for the 2021-2022 NNAHU and NVAHU Board of Directors (PLEASE NOTE: in-person attendance is required to vote)
• We will be voting on the proposed amendments to NNAHU's By-Laws (PLEASE NOTE: in-person attendance is required to vote)
• We will present the winner of the Stuart Michell Award
• PLUS! Hear from our featured guest speaker, Janet Cummings, PsyD

Our topic for the lunch will be: Mental Health Alert: Your Clients Need Your Expertise

We are going to explore the rising need for a broker to have a mental health expertise when it comes to their clientele. We are being looked at for answers during these times of great uncertainty in our city, state, and country due to the ongoing pandemic. Dr. Janet Cummings will help us explore the need to reach out to our clients and let them know what their policies include, offer amendments to policies to strengthen employees and individuals access to professionals in mental healthcare settings. She will also help us explore our needs as brokers are not immune to the world around us.

We encourage all attending brokers and carriers to invite their clients to hear this valuable presentation, either in person or online. It's one you will not want to miss!

Tickets for in-person attendance are $30 for members and $45 for guests. The in-person registration deadline is May 7th and fees for both members and guest will increase by $10 for walk-up in-person attendance. Lunch will be provided by the Atlantis Casino Resort and social distancing guidelines will be observed. For virtual attendees, registration is $5 for NAHU members and $15 for guests and virtual registration ends the day of the event. The Zoom meeting link will be provided via email upon completion of registration.
