Ralph Renteria's career journey commenced with service as a Navy Corpsman stationed at Camp Pendleton. Serving alongside Marines provided invaluable healthcare experience and instilled a profound sense of responsibility towards the well-being of comrades. This pivotal experience laid the foundation for future endeavors. Transitioning out of the military, Ralph joined the Spring Creek Fire Department, engaging in fire rescue and pursuing higher education. Earning an EMT certification, he worked as an ambulance attendant with Elko County Ambulance.

Achieving an Associates degree, Ralph pursued further education at the University of Nevada Reno, attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education. Simultaneously, he supported himself by navigating the high-stakes casino industry, honing skills in security, OSHA regulations, and terrorism education and training. Transitioning from the casino environment, he delved into the complex realm of human resources management, serving as an HR Director for two different companies over a decade.

Having garnered insights from the employer side of the insurance experience, Ralph was intrigued by the prospect of becoming an insurance producer, initiating their insurance career in supplemental insurance/voluntary benefits. This journey across diverse professional paths has molded him into a versatile professional, blending the discipline acquired from military service with the strategic acumen required in Emergency Medical Response, Security, OSHA Coordination, Human Resources, and insurance. He is propelled by a commitment to excellence and a passion for making a positive impact at every juncture.
