Aliana Rushing has been a licensed agent since 2018 and works in her family’s business, Senior Insurance Agency, where she specializes in Medicare products. She’s committed to making complex information easier to understand and focuses on creating an experience that feels educational, clear, and supportive for both clients and fellow agents. Aliana’s been involved with NABIP for several years, serving in roles across both the local and state chapters. That steady involvement eventually brought her to her current position as President of NABIP Northern Nevada. In her leadership, she emphasizes agent ethics, building community, and making sure agents feel empowered rather than alone. Outside of work, Aliana is a mom to two boys who keep life bright and busy, and her faith remains an important anchor in her everyday life.

Alex Sampson - President and Owner, Health Benefits Associates

Alex Sampson is the President and Owner of Health Benefits Associates. He built this successful family business alongside his father and brother, creating a powerful legacy in the health insurance market. As a lifelong Northern Nevada resident, Alex earned his license in 2008 and offers a unique perspective on the region's changing landscape. His clear strategy has driven impressive growth: expanding the team from just four initial employees to 20 today, and establishing six physical locations, including the most recent move into Southern Nevada. Today, Alex's primary strength is ensuring the company runs smoothly and remains financially stable. He personally oversees crucial operational areas, including compliance, accounting, and overall financial health.

Christine McKinnis Manager, The Medicare Store

Christine McKinnis brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, where she’s built a career on connection, collaboration, and putting people first. She’s passionate about bridging the often-overlooked relationship between broker, client, and carrier — creating stronger partnerships and better outcomes for everyone involved. Christine is known for her client-first mindset and her ability to turn complex insurance conversations into meaningful, results-driven strategies. Her insight into the inner workings of the industry — from carrier negotiations to client advocacy — gives her a unique perspective on how trust and transparency can reshape the way we do business. Whether she’s sitting down with clients or speaking to fellow industry professionals, Christine brings authenticity, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. She’s here to challenge the status quo, spark collaboration, and remind us all that at the heart of every policy is a person.
