Amy Beck, Health Benefit Associates

Amy Beck joined the Health Benefits Associates team in 2023 as a local broker and manager of its Carson City office. 

She moved to Carson City in 2018, but as a fourth-generation Nevadan, Amy's roots in the Silver State run deep. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada and spent several years as a local photojournalist and multimedia journalism instructor. 

Amy later took a professional detour into marketing, first working in e-commerce, before entering the world of healthcare and joining the Prominence Health team in 2018. In her nearly 6 years with Prominence she supported member growth and developed retention programs across all product lines and service areas.

Now in her role with Health Benefits Associates, Amy specializes in Medicare, individual and family plans and small business health insurance, with an emphasis on the rural Nevada communities. 

Merre Gregory, Merre Gregory Insurance Services 

Merre Gregory has been licensed since 2017 and discovered her passion for Medicare while helping her parents navigate the complexities of their coverage. What began as a personal experience quickly grew into a meaningful career, inspired by a close colleague in the industry. From the start, Merre built her business on a foundation of education, advocacy, and trust—values that continue to guide her work today.

Now a successful independent broker licensed in 15 states, Merre is known for her dedication to empowering clients with the knowledge they need to make confident, informed healthcare decisions.

As someone newly eligible for Medicare herself, Merre offers a rare and valuable perspective. She understands the system not only as a professional, but also through firsthand experience. This unique position deepens her empathy and strengthens her ability to guide others through what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

After stepping away for two years to courageously battle cancer, Merre returned in 2026 with renewed strength, passion, and purpose. Her journey has only reinforced her commitment to serving others and advocating for their healthcare needs.

Since 2024, Merre has proudly served as Medicare Chairperson with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) Northern Nevada. In this role, she is dedicated to educating and empowering clients, colleagues, and the community on the importance of Medicare and the critical role advocacy plays in protecting their rights.

Merre’s story is one of resilience, compassion, and purpose—making her not just a trusted advisor, but a powerful advocate for everyone she serves.

Robbie Rushing, Senior Insurance Agency

Robbie is President and owner of Senior Insurance Agency located in Sparks Nevada. Robbie’s Medicare experience started in 1993, so he’s seen many changes. Before he started his career in insurance he worked in manufacturing management. 

Robbie has given numerous public presentations and CE credit courses. He’s blessed to be one of the first names mentioned locally when there’s a question about the Medicare market.

Robbie enjoys golf, billiards, hiking, traveling to foreign countries and spending time with his family. He has 4 daughters, 3 that work for him, 5 granddaughters, and 5 grandsons.

Will Pierce, Senior Marketing Specialists

Will Pierce is a Regional Sales Director with Senior Marketing Specialists and has been helping agents grow and strengthen their businesses since 2018. He is passionate about working closely with agencies to uncover opportunities for sustainable growth, drive long‑term success and stay ahead of industry trends. Outside of work, Will stays busy with his two energetic boys and enjoys the outdoors, spending his free time fishing, hunting, and pursuing new adventures whenever possible.
